Sint-Truiden

Atlantis stands at the center of Sint-Truiden, a welcoming town rich in history, in the fertile region of Haspengouw. Located in the Belgian province of Limburg, Sint-Truiden belongs to the Dutch-speaking part of the country, Flanders. With its 107 km² and more than 42,000 inhabitants, it is one of the largest cities in the province.

Sint-Truiden is in the middle of the fruit region, famous for its fertile soil and its delicious apples, pears, cherries and strawberries. In April, the trees are in full blossom, attracting many tourists. You will enjoy biking and hiking.

Nieuwenhoven Domain

The Nieuwenhoven Domain has a rich flora and fauna, a beautiful fishing pond, an educational pond and an ecological water treatment plant. The forest has its charms in every season. Families are welcome in the spacious playground alongside Brasserie 't Kelshof.

Speelhof Domain

The Speelhof Domain was set up along the Beguinage church in the 16th century. Take a walk through the beautiful rose garden and admire the carefully-maintained alleys. From the terrace of the brasserie Afspanning 't Speelhof you can keep an eye on the little ones in the playground. You will enjoy a nice walk and children will love to visit the zoo.
